Incredibly beautiful and excellent place, I loved amiable personnel.
The rooms were good sized with comfy beds, everything was great. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was delicious and savoury with warm homemade bread served alongside our full English.

Quite frankly, burdensome inconvenience. Fresh towels were a challenge to acquire, and the breakfast system-ha! It was chaotic, to say the least. And why no complimentary gift for putting up with this? Was it too much to ask for a little recognition? I almost thought to leave a good review, but couldn't.

The hosts, Anne and Ralph, are attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of, and their hospitality really enhances the overall experience.
The walk up the hill to the lodge can be quite challenging, especially for those with mobility issues, and navigating the coded gate access at night was a bit tricky.

Breakfast was prepared with local produce, offering diversity.
We experienced several inconveniences . The lighting in our room was quite overwhelming, particularly due to the red-tinted fixtures , made it hard for us to see clearly. The parking situation was uncomfortable. The lot was quite tight, and it added to our overall stress.

The spacious rooms made it super comfortable, and the hosts were very cute. We loved the breakfast variety, and it was a perfect spot to explore local cafes and take a wildlife spotting boat trip. Don't miss catching a show at the nearby Minack Theatre if you get the chance!
The only downside was the parking situation, a bit tight and could make getting in and out tricky, especially when busy.
